The following services can be carried out in the participant's residence and out in the community: 

Companionship: Friendly, social support 

Personal Care: Support with dressing, bathing, toileting and grooming 

Medication Reminders: Organization and encouragement of taking medication with adherence to the prescribing medical provider's guidelines

Transportation: Transport to medical appointments, shopping, social gatherings and general outings 

Exercise Recommendation: Support with creation and implementation of a consistent exercise regimen whether at home, in the gym or outside

Cooking, Meal Prep and Food Shopping

Housework: Assistance with dishes, vacuuming, laundry and general house cleaning

Parkinson's Care: Recommendations specific to the needs of the Parkinson's disease population including fall reduction, exercise and mobility

Technology Support: General support with navigating email, smart phone functions, television, etc. 

Transfers and Mobility:  Assistance and recommendations on moving from one location to another, getting in and out of bed and help with assistive devices such as walkers and wheelchairs
