FIRST SESSION
A comprehensive assessment is performed in order to create a movement plan catered to the participant's specific needs and goals
SUBSEQUENT SESSIONS
Participants are guided through 17 essential movements and positions for maximizing body function
From the foundation of these 17 essential movement and positions, participants work towards their individual goals
Getting down to the floor and up off the floor effectively
Standing static and dynamic balance to reduce risk of falling
Fast twitch muscle training
Sitting on the floor in a variety of positions
Adding resistance safely for muscle and bone strength
Joint mobility for ease of movement
Cardiovascular training
